- Sunday afternoon Me, Cha my wife and Dennis dropped by to see my buddy Jon and his wife Joya, After Joya ordered a pizza just for us, Jon wouldn’t touch it because he’s on his diet. I said damn…Jon has discipline that’s why he gets results. So I ate my last piece and said no more fat fuck…I ask Jon, “in September if I show up ripped for the movie would it be a problem? “He said no it would look good”(hint loose weight fat fuck)… And that was it. I’m going to lose 100 pounds in two mouths. But more and important change my life style so I’m not a fat fuck. I’m going to dedicate these next ten years if Mother Nature is willing, to Discipline healthy life.
